Publication Ethics Statement
JURNAL SANGKALA Journal is a scientific journal published online and publishes articles or scientific works resulting from research.
This statement of scientific code of ethics is a statement of the code of ethics of all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely managers, editors, reviewers, and authors. The Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications essentially upholds three ethical values in publication, namely (i) Neutrality, which is free from conflicts of interest in managing publications; (ii) Justice, which is granting authorship rights to those entitled as authors; and (iii) Honesty, which is free from duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publication.
Publisher
- The Publisher of JURNAL SANGKALA publishes manuscripts that have gone through the editing, review, and layout processes in accordance with the publishing rules of Scientific Journals.
- The Publisher of JURNAL SANGKALA is responsible for guaranteeing academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties.
- The Publisher of JURNAL SANGKALA is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.
Editor
- The editor of the JURNAL SANGKALA is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are suitable for the public by referring to applicable legal requirements regarding copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
- In the process of reviewing and accepting manuscripts, the JURNAL SANGKALA editorial team is based on the principle of equal treatment in making decisions for publication.
- The editor and editorial team of the JURNAL SANGKALA will not disclose information about manuscripts that have been submitted to the JURNAL SANGKALA except with the permission of the author.
- Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by the editor for their own research purposes and will be returned directly to the author.
Reviewers
- Reviewers of JURNAL SANGKALA assist editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts.
- Reviewers of JURNAL SANGKALA are responsible for the recommendations of the manuscripts they review.
- Manuscript reviews are conducted objectively and supported by clear arguments.
- Reviewers of JURNAL SANGKALA are responsible for citations, references, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the manuscripts they review.
- Reviewers of JURNAL SANGKALA must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use information from the manuscripts they review for personal gain/interest.
Authors
- Authors must present the manuscript of their thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
- Authors are responsible for the confirmation of those who write the manuscript that has been written.
- Authors must show references from the opinions and works of others that are quoted.
- Authors must write manuscripts ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable regulations with scientific writing.
- Authors do not mind if their manuscripts are edited during the review and layout process without changing the substance or main idea of the writing.
