History of the Sangkala Journal

Sangkala Journal has been published since 2021 and is published twice a year, namely in January and July. Since its inception. Sangkala is a peer-reviewed scientific journal and is presented bilingually, in Indonesian and English. The main focus of this journal is on the study of history learning, with the main target being academics, researchers, and education practitioners who are interested in developing history learning studies at various levels of education.

The main purpose of publishing Sangkala Journal is to provide readers with a better understanding of developments in history learning studies. This is done through the publication of scientific articles, research reports, and book reviews that are relevant to the theme. With a scientific approach and high academic standards, Sangkala is expected to become a discussion space and an important reference in developing adaptive and contextual history learning strategies and methods.
