Occupational safety is the most important part in the implementation of construction projects, where work safety needs to receive the same attention as quality, schedule and cost. By implementing K3, it can prevent accidents that might occur in a construction project. K3 plays an important role in ensuring that every worker gets protection and guarantees every production source that is proper and safe to use while working so that it can reduce the risk of losses caused by work accidents. To analyze the implementation of K3 and reduce work accidents there is one method that can be used, namely the Method Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). HIRARC is an effort made to prevent and reduce the potential for work accidents, avoid and minimize the risks that occur appropriately, as well as control in order to carry out the activity process so that the process is under control. In the Hazard Identification stage, 13 work items and 88 sources of potential hazards were found that could pose a risk of work accidents. In the Risk Assessment stage which was carried out on 90 potential sources of hazard, 3 categories were obtained, namely 52 low-risks, 24 medium-risks and 14 high-risks. Self-assessment of risk using the AS/NZS 4360: 2004 measurement matrix table. In the calculation stage of the occupational risk percentage, data is obtained, namely 57,77% low risk value comes from 52 risks, 26,66% medium risk value comes from 26 risks and 15,55% high risk value derived from 14 risks.
