Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The article has never been submitted and published to another publisher in any form of media (print/electronic). If there is duplication of publication, the author agrees to have the article removed from this journal.
  • Articles are written and arranged based on Template and Author Guidelines, with a minimum number of 10 pages. The submitted article files are in Microsoft Word format (doc/docx).
  • The number of scientific readings used in the bibliography is at least 15 titles (80% primary references and 20% secondary references). Primary references consist of journals, proceedings/papers, research reports, theses, theses, dissertations, while secondary references include general books and online sources of scientific information.
  • The author has agreed to pay the publication fee if the article has been declared accepted and worthy of publication in Journal of Technology, Education & Teaching (J-TECH) .

Author Guidelines

Journal of Technology, Education & Teaching (J-TECH) is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on education which publishes papers to international audiences of educational researchers. aims at becoming the publication center of education researches in instruction, learning and teaching, curriculum development, learning environment, teacher education, educational technology, and educational development.

All papers submitted to the journal should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The official language of the manuscript to be published in Journal of Technology, Education & Teaching (J-TECH) is English or Bahasa Indonesia.

  1. General Author Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted to Journal of Technology, Education & Teaching (J-TECH) Editorial Office using Online Submission at E-Journal portal address: http://jurnal.untag-banyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/j-tech/index

  1. Manuscript Template

Manuscript should be prepared according to the following author guidelines in the MS Word article template: download the template of the J-TECH.

  1. Reviewing of manuscripts

Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation and made by Editor. If two or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within two months of the submission date.

  1. Revision of manuscripts

Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission Interface (http://jurnal.untag-banyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/j-tech/index) The revised manuscripts returned later than two months will be considered as new submissions.
