Belajar dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal berasal dari dalam diri siswa yang terdiri dari kesehatan, bakat, minat, motivasi dan cara belajar. Faktor eksternal (faktor dari luar diri siswa) terdiri dari keluarga sekolah, masyakat dan lingkungannya (Wahab, 2015). Model pembelajaran ceramah menyebabkan siswa cenderung pasif. TPS biasa disebut dengan metode mengajar berpikir, berpasangan dan berbagi. Model ini memberikan peserta didik berkesempatan untuk belajar mandiri dan bekerja satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran TPS terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2020 sampai Februarai 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran think, pair, share berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Biologi di MA Sunan Kalijogo Parijataha Wetan karena kelas menjadi hidup dan siswa semakin tertarik serta senang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan nilai thitung 3.45 &gt; ttabel 2.16 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, serta berdasarkan skor rata-rata minat belajar siswa untuk kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 82% dan kelas kontrol sebesar 74,2%.</p> Sigit Wahyono Hak Cipta (c) 2022 BIO EDUCATIA JOURNAL 2022-10-12 2022-10-12 1 1 EFEKTIVITAS PEGUNAAN LABORATORIUM IPA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI MTsN 1 BANYUWANGI http://jurnal.untag-banyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/bioeducatiajournal/article/view/34 <p>Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of the science laboratory in learning process at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi including the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, administration of the science laboratory and the use of the science laboratory. This type of research is a qualitative research using interview data collection methods, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive data analysis technique. Based on the findings of the analysis that the facilities and infrastructure (tools, goods and materials) of the science laboratory, the conditions of the laboratory room and the layout of the storage for tools, goods and materials, the school has carried out maintenance, provided tools and materials for practicum and increased laboratory usability is 100% and in the complete category. The school's Science Laboratory Administration has provided administration, for example borrowing goods, journals, activity schedules, labels and inventory books are in the complete category. The green mustard plant is included in the Brassicaceae family whose leaves can be used for consumption. The purpose of this research is to determine the best compost dosage for growth a leaf blade length, leaf width and wet weight of green mustard plants. This type research is experiential quanti. The method used of this research is completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments in this study include A (control treatment), B (compost 550 gr), C (compost 650 gr), D (compost 750 gr), E (compost 850 gr). The research result of growth green mustard plants showed that the leaf blade length is obtained F count (30.36), leaf width obtained F count (5.64) and wet weight obtained F count (17.685) was greater than F table 5% ( 3.06) and 1% (4.89), then compost very significant effect of the growth greens green mustrad plant. The best dose of the growth green mustard plant is compost 850 gr to treatment E, so that can increase the growth green mustard plant this is leaf blade length, leaf width and wet weight. </p> Arum Mega Digdayanti Hak Cipta (c) 2022 BIO EDUCATIA JOURNAL 2022-10-12 2022-10-12 1 1 PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF MODEL SNOWBALL THROWING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA http://jurnal.untag-banyuwangi.ac.id/index.php/bioeducatiajournal/article/view/69 <p>In learning, various problems are often encountered such as low student learning outcomes, the purpose of this study is to obtain information about the improvement of student learning hsil with cooperative learning model by applying the model of learning Snowball throwing conducted in MTs Nurul Huda Badean class VIII lesson 2016 / 2017 and done in 2 cycles. The target completeness of cognitive learning achievement desired in this study was 85% and an increase in affective and also pskimotoric areas. The result of research showed that cycle I and cycle II of affective and psychomotor aspect value of each aspect experienced significant improvement and cognitive domain learning result in cycle I 62% and in cycle II 88,2% as a whole result of this research showed improvement in every aspect. The content of nutrients in cayenne pepper includes calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, and medicinal substances such as capsaicin, bioflavonoids, and essential oils. The increase in the growth of chili plants is known because of the balanced coordination of auxins, cytokinins, and gibberellins in the plant growth system. One of the growth regulators that can be used to increase production in chili plants is gibberellin. This study aims to determine the effect of gibberellin on the growth of cayenne pepper with different treatments, namely treatment A (GA3 0 ppm), B (GA3 100 ppm), C (GA3 200 ppm), and D (GA3 300 ppm) with six times repeat. Parameters measured were plant height, leaf width, leaf length, and the number of fruits. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD), based on each treatment the F table 5% (3.10) and 1% (4.94) tests were used with the results of F count plant height (18.8), leaf width (8, 9), leaf length (8,1) and the number of fruits (5,9). To get good plant growth, a medium is needed, one of which is goat manure. The aim of the researchers was to determine the effect of goat manure on the growth of red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L) with a variety of different treatments, namely: A (1500 g soil), B (75 g goat manure + 1500 g soil), C (100 g goat manure + 1500 g soil), D (125 g goat manure + 1500 g soil), E (150 g goat manure + 1500 g soil), with four replications for each treatment. Parameters measured were red spinach plant height, number of leaves, and leaf width. This study used a completely randomized design method (CRD). To determine whether there is an effect of using differences between treatments, it is done by using the F-table test of 5% and 1%. The results of the study were very significant differences in the treatment of plant height, number of leaves, and leaf width.
